Greetings on behalf of the members of the Arlington-Grand Prairie Chapter Silhouettes of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.!

The primary purpose of the organized wives and widows of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., has been to serve as the official auxiliary to Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.  Most importantly, the Silhouettes promote and provide activities for visiting Silhouettes during Kappa Conclaves, and Provinces and support the endeavors of our Kappa Men.

Our chapter was chartered in April 2002, by a dynamic group of talented, visionary and committed women, who are extremely engaging and continue to ensure the survival and success of this chapter.  Our chapter’s foundation has been solid and our legacy has allowed us to continue to thrive as well as build strong bonds and even stronger loving, friendships with one another.

Throughout the years, we have supported National Silhouette and Kappa initiatives; other AGP Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc. programs and projects such as Kappa League, Kappa Kamp, Beautillion, Adopt-a-School Program, Pancake Breakfast and many more. Within the framework of the Kappa Silhouettes philosophy of self-realization through service, our chapter has supported local community initiatives such as toy drives, angel tree, battered women’s shelter and feeding families in need.  We also engage in social activities together such as sweetheart dinners, teas, museums, plays and other types of social outings.  As a chapter we are committed to making positive impacts outside and within our community and amongst ourselves.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website to learn more about the extraordinary Silhouettes of the Arlington-Grand Prairie Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc. and my hope is that as a wife of a Kappa Man, you will seriously consider becoming an active member of this chapter!

Sincerely,
